Located on Lake Greenwood in Cross Hill, SC, Lake Greenwood Motorcoach Resort is a beautiful Class A and Super C resort with friendly people and bountiful amenities, such as a clubhouse, hot tub, and pool with a view of the lake. Lot 3 is located in the shaded area of the resort just steps away from the clubhouse. Walk just a little further and you are at the lake and free private boat dock. Lot 3 is a pull-in site with privacy bushes on the driver’s side and front of the site. The main outside living area is on the passenger side. The overall size of the lot is 77.7’ long by 36’ wide. The RV concrete pad is 65’ x 29’ x 6” with the additional concrete added in 2021. There is a private grassy space at the back of the lot behind the privacy bushes where an additional living space could be built.
