Lot 9 is located in the shaded area of the resort just steps away from the dog park. The lot is fairly private as there is nothing to the rear and the dog park is on the one side. Just a short walk through the resort and you are at the lake and free private boat dock. Lot 9 is a back-in site, that also includes and extra paved pad and building. The main outside living area is found on the passenger side. The overall size of the lot is 97’ long by 41’ wide. The RV concrete pad is 65’ x 29’ x 6” with the additional concrete that has been added with a shed. The Association fee is $570, paid quarterly, which includes sewer, garbage, boat dock (if needed), and all amenities. There are two work campers on-site to assist owners and trash pickup.
