This professional equestrian facility is situated within 63 acres, approximately half of which is fenced and cross-fenced pasture. The facility includes a 20-stall 8,000 sqft. all steel barn with a climate-controlled kitchen, bathroom/laundry room, two tack rooms, a feed room, an office, and a mechanical room. There are two wash stalls with hot & cold running water and two grooming stalls. All 12’x12’ stalls have rubber mats and ceiling fan hook-ups. In addition to the barn, there are eight run-in sheds.
